Due to the nature of products from Chlo's Crafty Studio being handmade and custom made, you are free to cancel an order within 24 hours and will be refunded amount of your order to their account the order originally was paid from.

When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.
Delivery
You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). Chlo's Crafty Studio assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control:

Due to the nature of products from Chlo's Crafty Studio being handmade and custom made, unless there is a quality issue you will not be able to return.

Chlo’s Crafty Studio offers in-person crochet sessions designed for beginners and enthusiasts of all levels. Sessions may include instruction, guided projects, and optional materials. Please refer to individual session listings for specific details.
2. Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
All session payments are non-refundable.
This applies to cancellations due to illness, personal conflicts, scheduling errors, or no-shows.
In the rare event that Chlo’s Crafty Studio must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled date.
4. Materials
Please bring your own materials. If you need any supplies I have some items available at an extra price.
Any monthly projects that have a kit available will have the option of being supplied for a small price.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to treat others with kindness and respect.
Disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behavior may result in removal from the session with no refund.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
6. Health & Safety
Please inform Chlo’s Crafty Studio in advance of any allergies or relevant medical conditions.
Participants are responsible for their own safety while using sharp tools, scissors, needles, or any other crafting materials.
